Well done to all three of you. Excellent planning and hard work are the building blocks of a successful event. And someone to help out with that moment when you are engulfed by luggage and in an unfamiliar place is a godsend for any visitor.
I’ve always enjoyed conferences of 50 or so with similar interests the most: it feels like everyone is part of the experience; growing to double the size would probably be four times the work.
